As she matures, every new leaf grows longer and even more spectacular than the last. Whether you let her hang from a shelf or climb a moss pole, she'll look incredible either way. Native to the tropical rainforests of Espírito Santo, Brazil, she's a natural climber, making her way through the lush rainforest. Some plants are special, this one's iconic.

Care Guide

Give your Philodendron Spiritus Sancti plenty of bright, indirect light to support strong growth. This Philodendron tolerates a little dryness much better than soggy conditions! Allow the top 3 cm of soil to dry slightly before watering again. During spring and summer, feed your Philodendron at half strength with a balanced houseplant fertiliser every two weeks to support healthy new growth. Philodendrons adapt well to average household humidity, but will appreciate levels of 60% or higher where possible, with good airflow around the leaves. Provide a moss pole or other support to encourage larger, more mature leaves as your plant grows. Only repot when your plant becomes root-bound, moving up to a pot around 3 cm wider in diameter. Always use a light, airy and well-draining soil mix in a pot with drainage holes to keep its roots happy.
