Cercestis Mirabilis

Give your Cercestis Mirabilis plenty of bright, indirect light to support strong growth and vibrant colours. Cercestis prefer their soil to stay lightly moist, but don’t like wet feet! Water as soon as the surface of the soil starts to feel dry. During spring and summer, feed your Cercestis Mirabilis at half strength with a balanced houseplant fertiliser every two weeks to support healthy new growth. Your Cercestis thrives in high humidity, so keep humidity at 60% - 80% where possible, while maintaining good airflow around the leaves. Provide a moss pole or other support to encourage larger, more mature leaves as your plant grows. Only repot when your plant becomes root-bound, moving up to a pot around 3 cm wider in diameter. Always use a light, airy and well-draining soil mix that retains some moisture, in a pot with drainage holes to keep its delicate roots happy.
