Give your Labisia Jabi plenty of bright, indirect light to support strong growth and vibrant colours. Labisias prefer their soil to stay lightly and consistently moist, but don’t like soggy conditions! Water as soon as the surface of the soil starts to feel dry. During spring and summer, feed your Labisia at half strength with a balanced houseplant fertiliser every two weeks to support healthy new growth. This Labisia thrives in high humidity, so keep humidity at 70% or higher, with good airflow around the leaves. Its love for warm, humid conditions makes it a perfect little terrarium plant! Only repot when your plant becomes root-bound, moving up to a pot around 3 cm wider in diameter. Always use a light, airy and well-draining soil mix that holds some moisture without staying wet, in a pot with drainage holes to keep its roots happy.
