Give your Begonia Muara Wahau plenty of bright, indirect light to support strong growth and vibrant colours. Begonias prefer their soil to stay lightly moist, but don’t like wet feet! Water as soon as the surface of the soil starts to feel dry. During spring and summer, feed your Begonia at half strength with a balanced houseplant fertiliser every two weeks to support healthy new growth. Your Begonia thrives in high humidity, so keep humidity at 70% or higher where possible, while maintaining good airflow around the leaves. Its love for warm, humid conditions makes it a perfect choice for terrariums and other enclosed growing environments. Only repot when your plant becomes root-bound, moving up to a pot around 3 cm wider in diameter. Always use a light, airy and well-draining soil mix that retains some moisture, in a pot with drainage holes to keep its delicate roots happy.
